The Presbytery of Port Phillip West acknowledges that the best way to deal with difficult issues that arise within our church is to talk to the person/s involved. If you have a concern or complaint we encourage you to try to deal with things at a local level and when things first occur – except in the case of a sexual complaint. Sometimes things go wrong and people are hurt, sometimes people are not sure who they can turn to with problems or sometimes there is an issue that is extremely concerning and it needs to be reported. You can speak to a Presbytery Minister and or the Presbytery Chairperson about your concern first before making a complaint in writing however for the Presbytery to proceed further we need to have the complaint/ concern in writing.
